This paper discusses why the musical instrument Hulusi and the music played by Hulusi are regarded as Hulusi Culture among the many traditional Chinese musical instruments and the cultural characteristics of the Hulusi culture.What＇s the relationship between the musical instrument Hulusi and Hulusi Culture.How to promote the development of Hulusi culture and other issues concerning Hulusi are all discussed in this paper too.
