大型仪器设备是高校进行教学和科研工作的基本手段和重要物质基础。在高校大型仪器设备的建设与管理中存在诸多不足:购置缺乏统筹规划;使用效率低下、难以公用共享;后续的运行中缺乏完善有效的管理机制等。高校的各职能部门应加强管理,层层负责,合理调配,做到管用结合,公用共享。

Large apparatus and equipment is the basic means and important material basis for colleges and universities to conduct teaching and scientific researches.The construction and management of large apparatus and equipment have some defects in many colleges and universities： lack of purchasing planning,low efficiency of use and difficulty in public share,and shortage of effective management mechanism in subsequent operation.Therefore,relevant functional departments should strengthen the management;all levels should assume corresponding responsibilities and reasonably allocate the resources so as to guarantee combination of management and utilization,and public sharing.
