关于大学生创业教育的几点思考——以广西为例

Dilemma and Solution:the Practical Approach of the Education of College Students' Innovative Undertaking——Take Guangxi as example

大学生创业是一种实现充分就业的新方式,对大学生进行创业教育是我国高等教育改革与发展的全面创新。广西由于各种特殊原因而存在着大学生缺乏创业素质、创业教育师资力量薄弱、学校创业教育支持环境不理想、社会创业教育支持环境还未成熟这四个方面的问题。因此,要改善高校创业教育的支持环境,在实践中培养学生创业素质,建立完整的课程体系,加强创业师资培训,加大政府扶持力度。

College students＇ innovative undertaking is a new means of complete employment.The education of college students＇ innovative undertaking is the entire innovation of the reform and development of Chinese higher education.There are problems in four aspects in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region because of some special reasons,namely： the lack quality of college students＇ innovative undertaking,the insufficient qualified teachers,and the unfavorable supporting environment both within colleges and outside the society.This essay tries to provide some strategies to solve the problems in the following way： the improvement of the supporting environment of college students＇ innovative undertaking in college,the cultivation of students＇ quality of innovative undertaking,the setup of perfect course system,the reinforcement of teachers＇ training,and the strengthening of the government＇s supports.
