As a special social group,the new generation of migrant workers has become the main force of urban construction,but they can not really integrate into the city because of man-made barriers and institutional barriers.With the process of urban communities,the new generation of migrant workers＇ life in urban is closely related to the community.Community adult education has its own characteristic,such as diversity,effectiveness,flexibility,openness？and other advantages,which can make it get closer to the new generation of migrant workers＇ life.Community adult education is one effective way to improve the new generation of migrant workers＇ quality and employability skills,and also to promote their urban inclusion.
