摘要 综述了不同类型PFAAs在肝脏的蓄积性以及对不同种属动物肝脏的毒性效应,并结合整体水平、细胞水平及分子水平的研究数据,分析解释了不同PFAAs肝脏毒性作用的内在机制,展望了PFAAs肝脏毒理学研究的方向,有助于了解该类化合物对人类健康的潜在影响,为PFAAs相关性肝病的预防、诊断和治疗提供科学依据。 Perfluoroalkyl acids(PFAAs),manufactured by electrochemical fluorination,fluorotelomer iodide oxidation,fluorotelomer olefin oxidation and so on,are widely used in various industry and consumer products.The high-energy carbon-uorine bond renders these compounds quite difficult to degrade in environment,which makes them novel persist organic pollutants.Recent years,concern about PFCs is growing for their bioaccumulation and potentially health risk and they have become research hotspots in the field of environmental and ecotoxicological science.This review provides an overview of the deposition of PFAAs in liver and the hepatotoxicology of these compounds in different animals.At the same time,the mechanisms of the hepatotoxicology were discussed based on the date from experiments in vivo or in vitro.Thus,this review will contribute to further understanding of the potential toxicity of PFAAs on human,and provide scientific evidence for preventing,diagnosing and curing liver disease related to PFAAs.
