摘要
油田采油集输系统中会不同程度地产生腐蚀结垢。采用X射线衍射分析技术,对白驹油田采油集输系统腐蚀结垢物进行了晶相分析。结果表明:采油集输系统中垢物样品主要矿物是含镁方解石((Ca,Mg)CO3),菱铁矿(FeCO3),磁铁矿(Fe3O4)、石英(SiO2),石盐(NaCl);及时检测集输系统中腐蚀结垢物的成份,分析它产生的原因,采取技术措施防腐防垢是科学开发油田的重要保证。
Different levels of corrosion scale were induced in oilfield production and operation gathering system.The X-ray diffraction analytical technique was used to analyze the corrosion scale in the production and operation gathering system of Baiju Oilfield.The study shows that in the scaling,the main minerals include(Ca,Mg) CO3,FeCO3,Fe3O4,SiO2,NaCl;the scale in the gathering system should be detected in time and causes should be analyzed to take measures for its protection,it is the guarantee for scientific development of oilfields.
