湖北红色廉政文化资源的开发和利用

Development and Application of Cultural Resources of Revolutionary Clean Government in Hubei Province

湖北红色廉政文化是指新民主主义革命时期中国共产党人和人民群众在湖北地区所创造的特定区域的廉洁文化。近年来,湖北省通过开发和保护红色物质文化遗产,建立反腐倡廉教育基地等形式,创新了红色廉政文化的传承方式,在红色廉政文化资源的保护和利用方面取得了积极成效。但是,目前在继续深入发掘和利用红色廉政文化资源方面仍面临经费投入不足、思想认识不到位、体制机制不健全和专业技术人员缺乏等难题。只有通过转变思想观念、创建红色宣传平台、理顺体制机制等途径,才能确保红色廉政文化建设持续健康发展。

The cultural resources of revolutionary clean government in Hubei Province refer to the anti-corruption culture established by Chinese Communists and the people in Hubei during the period of new-democratic revolution. In recent years,Hubei Province has made a positive progress through developing and protecting revolutionary tangible cultural heritage,establishing anti-corruption education bases,and innovating methods to inherit revolutionary clean government culture. However,some problems still exist,such as the insufficiency of funds investment,the deficiency of ideological recognition,the morbidity of systems and mechanisms,the lack of the professionals and so on. Facing these difficult problems,we should transform ideological concepts,found the revolutionary propaganda platform,and rationalize systems and mechanisms so as to guarantee the continuous and health development of revolutionary clean government culture.
