椎骨关节突关节间距与椎弓根间距的解剖学测量及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨椎骨上关节突间距 (IFD)与椎弓根间距 (IPD)的内在规律 ,为诊断椎管狭窄提供参考值。方法 :对 10 0套脊柱C2 ~S1的IFD与IPD进行解剖学测量。结果 :IFD与IPD :C2 ~C7呈“山峰”形变化 ,比值除C2 外均接近 1 0 ;T1~T12 出现“马鞍”形趋势 ,最小在T5~T6 ;L1~S1递增 ,比值从 0 76增至 0 85。结论 :IFD、IPD及IFD/IPD三者均为 :C2 ~C5、C6 递增 ,C5、C6 ~T5、T6 递减 ,向下至S1又递增 ,IFD/IPD可客观地衡量上关节突向内增生的程度 ,做为诊断椎管狭窄的标准之一。 Objective:To probe into the regularity of the distances between midial border of two superior articular processes (IFD) and two pedicles (IPD),to provide the theoretical data for diagnosing spinal stenosis.Methods:The anatomical measurement was carried out about the distances between medial border of two superior articular processes and two pedicles of C 2~S 1 of 100 cases.Results:IFD and IPD of C 2~C 7 showed “mountain peak” shape,IFD/IPD were 1.0 respectively (not including C 2);both IFD and IPD from T 1 to T 12 showed a shape of “saddle”,T 5 and T 6 were the smallest,IFD and IPD of L 1~S 1 increased gradually and IFD/IPD from 0.76 to 0.86.Conclusion:IFD,IPD and IFD/IPD from C 2 to C 5、C 6 increased gradually,from C 5、C 6 to T 5、T6 tended to decreased progressively,but T 6 to S 1 tended to increased.The ratio of IFD/IPD could be used to evaluate the degrees of hypertrophy of the articular process objectively,it is one of the standards of diagnosing spinal stenosis.
