摘要
目的 :研究精密、简便测定麦味地黄丸中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法 :采用分光光度法中的一阶导数光谱法。测定波长 :2 86nm和 2 90nm。结果 :在 2 79～ 7 4 4μg/ml浓度范围内呈线性关系 ,回归方程 :C( μg/ml) =- 0 .0 0 5 162 +0 .0 13 81ΔA ,r=0 9994。回收率 99 66% (RSD =0 5 3 % ,n =5 )。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective:To study a method for determination of paeonol in Mai Wei Di Huang Wan.Methods:First-derivative spectrophotometry was used.Results:Linear relation of analysis was good within 2.79～7.44μg/ml.The average recovery was 99.66%,RSD was 0.53%( n= 5).Conclusion:This method was found to be simple,quick and accurate.
