摘要
目的 :合成取代桂皮酰胺类化合物。方法 :通过取代桂皮酰氯与脂肪胺发生氨解反应 ,合成了三个酰胺类化合物。结果 :其结构经元素分析 ,IR的验证 ,其中两种化合物未见文献报道。结论
Objective:To synthesize substituted cinnamamides. Methods: Two substituted cinnamamides were first prepared by the aminolysis reaction of substituted cinnamyl chloride and aliphatic amines in anhydrous benzene. Results: They were confirmed by elementary analysis and IR spectra. Conclusion: Aminolysis reactivity rises when electron withdrawing groups are attacked to aromatic ring.
