Determination of Eleutherosides in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule by UV

建立紫外分光光度法测定刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中总苷含量;方法:以总苷为对照品,在波长265nm处测定刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中总苷含量。结果:用紫丁香苷做对照品,其线性范围20.56～102.8μg/ml,r=0.9995,其平均回收率为98.92%,加样回收率为1.5%(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,简单,准确,是一种测定刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中总苷含量的有效方法。

Objective A method was proposed for the content determination of Eleutherosides in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule by UV spectrophotometry. Methods The determination method was established with syringin as a contrast by UV spectrophotometry at 265 nm. Results A good linear relationship between concentration of syringin and its absorbance was ob- tained,and the linear range was between 20.56-102.81xg/ml with correlation coefficient of r=0.9995. The average recovery （n=5） and RSD were 98.92% and 1.5% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and the results are stable with good repro- ducibility,so it can be used for the quality control of Eleutherosides in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule.
