同种异体有滑膜肌腱手部鞘内移植的临床应用

Clinical Application of the Allogenic Synovial Tendon Grafts Within the Synovial Sheath

目的:根据屈指肌腱的应用解剖和屈指肌腱鞘内移植的实验研究结果,本文介绍用异体有滑膜肌腱进行鞘内移植的临床应用报道。方法:用异体有滑膜肌腱修复指腱鞘内肌腱缺损18例,26条肌腱。随访7月～78年,平均58年,功能测定(TAM法),优良率72%,可11%,差17%。未见明显排斥反应。结论:经肌腱保存液处理后的同种异体有滑膜肌腱替代自体鞘内肌腱移植可以取得比较满意的临床效果。

Aim:Based on the applied anatomy and experimental study of the flexor digital synovial tendon grafts,we conducted the clinical application of allegoric synovial tendon grafts within the synovial sheath.Methods:Using the 26 allegoric synovial tendons,we treated the 18 patients with the flexor digital profundus tendon damages within the synovial sheath.Results:The 18 patients were followed up from 7 months to 7 8 years with average of 5 8 years after operation.The results showed in 18 patients the good function recovery of the fingers were 72% according to the method of TAM,the fair and poor ones were 11% and 17% separately.The repellence of the implanted tendons was not abvious.Conclusion:Satisfactory result could be obtained when the allogenic synovial tendon grafts,treated by the tendon preservation replacing the autogenous synovial tendon within the sheath.
