手指多段离断再植与功能康复

Multisegmental Severed Finger Replantation and Functional Rehabilitation

目的:探讨手指多段离断再植与功能康复的最佳方法。方法:采用将手指多段离断的术前处理、手术治疗、术后早期康复及晚期功能重建一体化的康复治疗计划,对28指多段离断进行再植和系统康复训练,全部病例进行术后功能随访。结果:术后6个月时,全部患指功能伸屈度>100°,11指两点辨别觉<10mm;术后1年时,测定指总伸屈度值优良率786%(22/28),两点辨别觉<10mm者21指。结论:一体化功能康复计划将指多段再植的每个康复过程都紧密地结合在一起,使患者得到不间断的连续治疗,临床效果满意。

Objective:To explore the best way for multisegmental severed finger replantation and functional recovery.Methods:28 multisegmental severed fingers were successfully replanted and trained with the integrative rehabilitation programme,which linked up the preoperative treatment、replantation operation、early rehabilitation and late function reconstruction into a continuous line.All the cases were followed up over 1 year.Results:At the 6 months after operation,in 11 fingers TAM>100°,the two point discrimination in 11 fingers<10mm.After 1 year,TAM in 22 fingers attained the good and excellent grade,the two point discrimination in 11 fingers<10mm after 1 year.TAM in 22 fingers attained the good and excellent grade,the two point discrimination in 21 fingers<10mm.Conclusion:this rehabilitation programme integrates every treatment course of finger replantation in various stages closely,by which the patient can obtain continuous treatments.
