精神发育迟滞儿童行为发展及受教育状况的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究精神发育迟滞(MR)儿童行为发展、发现时间和接受教育状况特点。方法:对特殊学校75名轻、中度MR学生进行研究,按年龄和性别1:1配对选取正常儿童为对照。结果:MR儿童坐、走、讲话等行为发展和人学教育显著滞后于对照组(P<0.01)。大多数MR儿童发现年龄较迟,发现后也未得到及时诊治,且接受教育年龄滞后于正常儿童。结论:应对儿童开展早期心理发育的评定,以利于MR儿童的早期发现和干预。 Objective: To explore the behavioral developrnent, eqnition time and receiving education state of mental retarded(MR)children. Methods: Seventy five mild and middle MR children in a school for special education were compared with the normal children matched in age and sex. Results: The behavioral development in seating, walking and speaking of the MR children was behind that of the normal children. Most of MR children were diagnosed at their older age, after diagnosis, prompt medical betrment was oot given .The receiving sehool education age of the MR children was older than that of the rond children. Conclusions: In order to diagnose and treat the MR children, the early evaluation of psychologicla development should be performed among children.
