资源型央企生态效率提升路径

On the approach of improving the ecological efficiency for resource-based central SOEs

结合资源型央企建设的要求,将产业经济效益、环境效益和区域经济效益统一纳入考量,在分析资源型央企生态效率提升目标的基础上,提出资源型央企生态效率提升可供选择的三条路径,以处于生长期阶段的资源型央企为例,利用层次分析法讨论其生态效率提升路径的选择。

On the basis of the requirement of building resource-based central SOEs,the paper takes the economic benefit of the industry,environmental benefit as well as regional economic benefit into account.Based on the analysis of the target of improving the ecological efficiency for resource-based central SOEs,three approaches are proposed for the improvement of the ecological efficiency.Taken the resource-based central SOEs in growth phase as example,the author discusses how to choose the improvement approach by analytic hierarchy process.
