摘要
目的:优选猪皮胶原海绵的最佳冷冻干燥工艺。方法:以吸水性、复水性值为指标,通过正交试验法对猪皮胶原海绵的冷冻干燥工艺参数进行筛选,优选出猪皮胶原海绵的最佳冷冻干燥工艺。结果:预冻速率0.35℃·min-1,预冻时间1.5h,预冻最低温度-35℃,一次升华温度-10℃。结论:优选的冷冻干燥工艺制备的猪皮胶原海绵疏松多孔,吸水性、复水性良好。
Objective:To optimize selection of collagen sponge freeze-drying process,such as collagen protein molecules of freeze-drying reference.Method:Orthogonal test was used to choose the best collagen sponge freeze-drying process with water imbibition and re-hydration values as index.Result:The rate of pre-freezing was 0.35 ℃.min-1,the duration of pre-freezing was 1.5 h,the lowest temperature of pre-freezing was-35 ℃ and the temperature of the first sublimation was-10 ℃.Conclusion:The pigskin collagen sponge produced by the freeze-drying process which has been chosen is osteoporosis and porous,the water imbibition and re-hydration of the pigskin collagen sponge are well.
