烫狗脊中的酚性化合物研究

Chemical Constituents from Cibotium baronetz

目的:研究烫狗脊中的抗骨质疏松活性成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱法,分离狗脊中的化学成分。结果:从狗脊中分离到8个化学成分,分别为金粉蕨亭(Ⅰ),去甲基麦芽酚(Ⅱ),麦芽酚(Ⅲ),kojic acid(Ⅳ),5-羟基麦芽酚(Ⅴ),原儿茶醛(Ⅵ),咖啡酸(Ⅶ),原儿茶酸(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅴ4个α-羟基-γ-吡喃酮类化合物为首次从烫狗脊中分离得到。

Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents of anti-osteoporosis active extract of the processed Cibotium baronetz.Method：The components of C.baronetz were isolated on silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic evidence.Result：Eight constituents were isolated and identified as onitin（1）,pyromeconic acid（2）,maltol（3）,kojic acid（4）,5-hydroxymaltol（5）,protocatechuic aldehyde（6）,caffeic acid（7）,protocatechuic acid（8）.Conclusion：Four α-hydroxy-4H-pyran-4-one compounds were isolated from processed C.baronetz for the first time
