菝葜药材HPLC指纹图谱的鉴别 被引量:12

摘要 目的:建立菝葜药材高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱鉴别方。方法:采用RP-HPLC,以Diamonsil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱为分析柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速0.6 mL·min-1,330 nm波长下测定菝葜、光叶菝葜的指纹图谱,并作相似度比较分析。结果:建立了菝葜药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,18个共有指纹峰被标定,并对菝葜与光叶菝葜药材的HPLC指纹图谱进行相似度比较,结果具有明显差异。结论:HPLC指纹图谱具有方法简便,重复性好,特征性强的特点,可用于菝葜药材的鉴别。 Objective:To establish a HPLC fingerprint for the identification of Smilax china.Method:The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1 % phosphoric acid,gradient eluent,the flow rate of 0.6 mL.min-1.The wave length was 330 nm,data were analyzed by fingerprint similarity evalution software to compare the similarity of samples.Result:The mutual mode to HPLC fingerprints was estabilished,and the 18 mutual peaks were indicated.The similarities among the of S.china and S.glabra collected from different sources were obtained.there were apparent difference in fingerprint.Conclusion:HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable and feasible and can be suitable for identifying Musa basjoo.
