马蔺子种皮乙醚提取物化学成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究马蔺种子皮乙醚提取物的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS法分析与鉴定化学成分。结果:经气质联用色谱分离、质谱NIST标准图库检索,并参照有关文献,确认了25个化合物,含量较高的物质有马蔺子甲素、马蔺子甲素反式异构体和马蔺子乙素等。化合物的类型主要为饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸、芳香酯等。结论:利用GC-MS分析鉴定马蔺子种皮脂溶性成分,具有快速、稳定、重现性好的特点,可用于马蔺药材成分的分析鉴定。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of ethyl ether spirit of seed coat of Iris.Method:To analyze and identify the chemical constituents by GC-MS.Result:We separated the extraction by GC-MS method,and affirmed 26 peaks by NIST workstation and reference documentation.The contents of irisquinone,(E)irisquinone isomer and pallasone B were high and main types of the constituents were saturated fatty acid ester,unsaturated fatty acid ester,fragrance ester,organic acid,and alkaloid etc.Conclusion:Analyzing and identify composition by GC-MS is fast,stable,and has fine reproduction,it can be used for composition analysis of seed coat of iris.
