试析奥巴马政府防扩散政策的调整

摘要奥巴马政府上台以来,对美国防扩散政策进行了一系列调整,虽然其中不乏值得肯定的一面,但美国固有的强己弱人防扩散政策目标的本质未变,仍力图通过防扩散政策来巩固和扩大自身优势,冻结并削弱对手或潜在敌人,其实施结果可能会重蹈布什政府覆辙。
