行业型职教集团运行困境与对策研究

The Dilemma and Countermeasures for Running Industry-based Vocational Education Group

集团化办学是当前我国职业教育界积极探索的重要办学模式之一。历经二十年的发展,职教集团已成为职业教育集团化办学的重要形式之一。在深入考察我国行业型职教集团运行现状后,发现大多数职教集团已陷入资源难以整合、校企合作难以全面开展的困境。解决职教集团目前运行困境的关键在于强化政府的宏观调控职能,变集团的非法人身份为法人身份。

The vocational education collectivization is one of important school running models which China is currently actively exploring.After two decades of development,industry-based vocational education group has become an important form of vocational education collectivization.Through in-depth study on its current status,we found that most of the groups are difficult to integrate resources and difficult to fully carry out school-enterprise cooperation.The key to the plight is to strengthen the government＇s macro-control functions,and change the groups＇ identity from unincorporated organization to corporation.
