奥地利教师教育政策改革述评

The Review of Teacher Education Policy Reform in Austria

近年来,奥地利的教师教育遇到了一些问题与挑战,主要表现在教师队伍的老龄化、教师的工作满意度低、教师的业绩评估没有得到充分的重视。为解决这些制约教师发展的问题,奥地利在教师教育政策方面进行了职前教师教育政策、教师就业市场政策、教师在职培训政策以及教师发展激励政策的改革。

ln recent years,the Austrian teacher education has encountered some problems and challenges, which are mainly reflected on such aspects as follows： the aging of the teaching profession, teachers＂ job satisfaction is low, teacher performance ＇evaluation has not been paid sufficient attention. To address these constraints for teacher development, teacher education policy in Austria has made substantial reforms. First of all,Austria strengthens pre-service teacher education policy reform. Secondly,Austria lays emphasis on teacher labor market policy reforms. Thirdly,Austria hunches on in-service teacher training policy reform. Fourthly, Austria carries out teacher＇s evaluation policy reform. Fifth ,Austria strengthens teacher development incentive policy reform.
