美国促进教师专业发展的“基于证据的决策模式”——以亚拉巴马州为例

摘要 教师质量一直是美国教育界关注的一个热点问题,因为它直接影响到学生的学业成就。而教师专业发展作为提高教师质量的一个重要途径,引起了美国政府的高度重视。近年,美国各州对教师专业发展开展了广泛的探索和研究。亚拉巴马州在实践与研究的基础上提出了"基于证据的决策模式"。研究分析该模式产生的背景及构成基础,对我国完善教师专业发展过程将有所借鉴。 Teachers' quality has been a hot issue concerned by American educational circles, because it directly affects students' studying achievements. As one of important ways to improve teacher quality, teacher professional development has attracted much more attention of American government. In recent years , the U. S. states have taken extensively exploration and researching on teacher professional development. Alabama puts forward the ' Evidence-Based Decision Making Model ' on the basis of practice and researching. Studying on the background and composing basis of the model can provide some useful reference for promoting teacher professional development in our country.
