摘要
自本尼斯提出"道德领导"的概念以及道德领导的结构以来,教育领域开始了道德领导的研究。西方关于学校道德领导的研究可以分为以下三个取向:一是理论与知识论取向;二是量化和质性的描述取向;三是实践取向。在道德领导的研究方面,不同的学者关注的层面也各不相同,大体分为四种情况,即从个体、从群体或组织、从社会、从跨文化的角度进行研究。英、美、加等国学者从所持的道德本体论或所在的立场出发,对学校领导的使命从学校领导的文化建设、学生发展和教师专业发展等维度进行了探讨。
Since Benes put forward the"moral leadship "concept as well as the structure of moral leadship, the educational circle has initiated the research of moral leadship. The field of moral leadship on school in the western countries can be divided into the following three levels: the theory and knowledge level,the description research of quantity and quality and the study of practice orientation. Scholars study moral leadership from the following respects, individual, group organization ,society, cross-cultural. Some scholars in the UK, USA and Canada based on their moral ontology and different positions discuss the missions of moral leadship from such dimensions as cultural development, student development and teacher professional development.
