摘要
依据CAD数据和其他分析所需数据,进行了3个阶段的CFD除霜性能分析,除霜风道分析、稳态流场分析和瞬态除霜分析。依据布置和接口来设计风道,掌控各个出风口的流量分配。通过稳态计算来预测汽车空调的除霜性能并进行了验算。用瞬态模拟获得前挡风玻璃上随时间变化的除霜效果表明,除霜面积和形状与试验结果相符,试验除霜速度稍快于CFD计算的除霜速度。
CFD defrosting performance analysis,defrosting wind tunnel analysis,steady state flow field analysis and transient state defrosting analysis of three phases were made based on CAD data and other data needed in analysis.Wind tunnel is designed according to layout and interface,to control air flow distribution in each air outlet.Defrosting performance of air conditioner is predicated by steady state calculation.The defrosting effect of front windshield which changes with time obtained with transient state simulation indicates that the defrosting area and shape are consistent with test results,the test defrosting speed is slightly faster than the one with CFD calculation.
