摘要
针对有限元法在变速器齿轮设计中数据准备繁琐问题,从汽车设计人员熟知的齿轮设计基本参数出发,提出了齿轮单齿平面轮廓、有限元网格节点以及三角形单元的自动生成方法,并推导了相应的公式。根据理论分析结果,采用MATLAB语言开发了可自动生成变速器齿轮有限元网格数据的前处理模块,并使该有限元网格自动生成模块在变速器设计中得到应用。
To solve the problem that is difficult and time-consuming to prepare finite element data in transmission gear design,the automatic generation method of the gear plane geometry profile,finite element mesh nodes and triangle element are presented based on the elementary gear parameters that the automotive engineers are familiar with,and corresponding formulas are derived.According to the results of theoretical analysis,the pre-processing module is developed with MATLAB to generate the finite element mesh data of the transmission gear,and it is applied to transmission design.
