基于水土保持与景观营建相结合的水利风景区规划方法探讨——以安徽茨淮新河为例

Water Park Planning Based on the Combination of Water-soil Conservation and Landscape Construction——Using Cihuaixin River in Anhui as An Example

以安徽茨淮新河为例,探讨基于水土保持与景观营建相结合的水利风景区规划方法。即以河道的水土保持为出发点,以现状条件为切入点,通过完善滨河湿地生态系统营造基于水土保持功能的景观工程,加以有效的管理防治措施,达到防治水土流失与景观营建的双赢局面。

Taking Cihuaixin river in Anhui as an example,the paper tries to describe approaches to water park planning under the combination of water-soil conservation and landscape construction.Based on the water-soil conservation,existing conditions of the river,and through comprehensive method of sophisticated wetlands ecosystems,It tries to Constructing landscape engineering based on the functions of water-soil conservation,and also to achieve win-win situation of preventing soil-water loss and landscape construction through effective control measures.
