摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和生活水平的日益改善,人们更加重视蔬菜产品品质的提高和无公害生产。蔬菜品质不仅受遗传特性的影响,还受外界环境因素的影响,其中灌溉水是影响蔬菜品质的重要因素之一。从灌溉水的供给量、水分亏缺程度、灌水方式及灌水水质等4个方面入手,分析灌溉对蔬菜产品品质影响的研究动态和进展,并简要讨论了灌溉水调控蔬菜品质的未来发展趋势。
With the rapid economic development and the improvement of people's living conditions,people pay more attention to the quality of vegetables and non-polluted production.The quality of vegetables is affected by not only genetic characteristics,but also the external environment,such as irrigation water,which is one of the important factors affecting the quality of vegetables.The progress in research on the effect of irrigation on the quality of vegetables is analyzed from 4 aspects such as the amount of irrigation water,water deficit,irrigation methods and water quality for irrigation in this paper.The future development tendency of irrigation water controlling the quality of vegetables is briefly discussed.
