摘要 基于对国内外相关院校和企业的调研,确定化工设备维修技术专业的就业岗位、岗位能力要求和知识结构。以工学结合为切入点,以学生的能力培养为主线,构建校企合作、工学结合、双证培养的"2.5+0.5"人才培养模式,形成3个结合、2个平台、4个模块的"324"课程体系,并通过精品课程和教材建设整合教学内容,以适应人才培养要求。 The employment posts,abilities requirements and knowledge structure of chemical industry infrastructure technology specialty was identified based on investigation on relative schools and enterprises in China and abroad.Taking working and learning combination as the starting point and abilities cultivation as the main clue,the "2.5+0.5"talent cultivation model of school and enterprise cooperation,working and learning combination and dual-certificate cultivation was built,the "324" curriculum model was formed,and the teaching contents were integrated through excellent courses and teaching materials construction.
