摘要
半工半读作为人才培养的一个重要环节,对学生专业技能水平的提高有着良好的促进作用。但在具体执行过程中,常会遇到"半工"与"半读"在工作与学习时间、课程与岗位内容、学习与工作质量等方面顾此失彼的尴尬局面。只有在教学时间、教学内容、学分取得方式、教学管理等方面,主动与半工半读需求接轨,半工半读才能真正发挥其价值,实现学校、学生、用工单位的三方共赢。
As an important step of talent cultivation,part time working and part time studying play important role in enhancing students' professional skills level.However,in practical implementation,it often confronts with some embarrassed complexion in the aspects of working and learning time,curriculum and post contents,learning and working quality between part time working and part time studying.Only through active linkage with the demand of part time working and part time studying in the aspects of teaching time,teaching contents,credits acquirement modes,the part time working and part time studying can exert its value and achieve the win-win of school,students and employment units.
