旅游高职院校的可持续发展战略主题研究

Study on the Strategic Theme of Sustainable Development of Touring Higher Vocational Schools

基于《教育规划纲要》对职业教育发展提出的基本要求,站在新的历史起点上,我国旅游高等职业教育应将推动人才培养体制和运行机制的创新,构建新的人才培养模式;坚持以人为本,关注人的全面发展;深化教育教学改革,提高教学质量等作为学校可持续发展的重要战略主题。

Based on basic requirements for the development of vocational education in the Educational Planning Outline,standing on the new historical point,the touring higher vocational education in China should promote the following aspects as the strategic theme of sustainable development： try to boost the innovation of talent cultivation mechanism and operational mechanism,and build new talent cultivation model;persist in humanism-based and pay attention to the comprehensive development of people;deepen educational and teaching reform and try to enhance teaching quality.
