高职院校图书馆读者服务工作制度建设的思考

Consideration on Systematic Construction for Reader Serving Work of Higher Vocational School Library

为读者服务是图书馆工作的出发点和落脚点,高职院校图书馆读者服务的工作目标是帮助高职生克服自卑心理和畏难情绪,引导高职生善于利用图书馆资源获得知识,增长才干,促进成才。高职院校图书馆读者服务工作制度建设,应针对高职生需求特点和图书馆实际情况,体现科学化和人性化,并进行制度创新,提高读者服务工作水平。

Serving for readers is the starting point and objective of library work.The aims of reader serving work of higher vocational school library is to help students overcome inferior mentality and difficulty afraid emotion,and guide higher vocational school students to acquire knowledge,enhance abilities and become talents by effectively applying the resources of higher vocational schools.Therefore,the construction of reader serving working system should embody scientificity and humanism,try to achieve systematic innovation and enhance the level of serving for readers.
