摘要
实施成人教育教师绩效考核,可以提高成人教育整体绩效,提高成人教育办学质量,增加成人教育工作的社会认知度,帮助成人教育教师改进工作绩效。实行绩效考核,首先要建立成人教育教师胜任力素质模型,构建科学的绩效考核指标体系,还需要对考核双方进行相关培训,实行定性与定量相结合的考核方法,并注重考核方法的科学性与可操作性。
The implementation of performance evaluation for adult education teachers can enhance the whole effects of adult education,increase the school-running quality of adult education,advance the social recognition degree of adult education work and help adult education teachers to improve working effects.To implement performance evaluation,the first is to build competence quality model for adult education teachers and build scientific performance examination indicator system;meanwhile,relative training should be deployed for the two sides of examination,the examination methods of combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation should be carried out,and the scientificity and operatability of examination methods should be paid attention to.
