摘要
目的对某大规模集成电路工程进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、作业人员劳动条件分级和职业健康检查相结合的方法。结果某大规模集成电路工程的选址、总体布局、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理及卫生辅助设置等符合《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》等法律法规要求;该项目生产过程中产生的各种毒物的浓度均符合国家卫生标准的要求,但噪声危害有不同程度超标,部分工作场所的照度和微小气候不符合国家有关标准。结论综合评价分析表明,某大规模集成电路工程的职业病危害控制措施可行、有效,但需进一步完善隔声降噪措施,且需要改善部分工作场所环境中的照度和微小气候。
[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a large scale integrated circuit project.[Methods]The combination methods of occupational health field investigation,detection of occupational hazard factors in workplaces,classification of working condition and occupational physical examination were applied.[Results]The location,overall layout,facility layout,occupational protecting facilitates,individual protective articles,occupational health management and health auxiliary facilities of the large scale integrated circuit project were in accordance with the requirements of Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC.The concentrations of various toxicants in the production process of this project reached the national health standard,but noise exceeded hygienic standards at difference degrees,illumination and microclimate in some workplaces did not accord with related national standards.[Conclusion]The compositive evaluation and analysis showed that measures of occupational hazards control in this large scale integrated circuit project are feasible and effective,but noise reduction measures should be further perfected,illumination and microclimate in some workplaces should be improved,too.
