许昌市医疗机构污水处理的效果

Effect of Wastewater Treatment in Medical Institutions of Xuchang City

目的了解许昌市医疗机构污水处理现状和排放情况,为加强卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和监测方法对许昌市内公立医院和民营医院进行调查。结果 5年共检测662份医疗机构污水样品,总余氯合格率为43.35%,化学需氧量和粪大肠菌群合格率分别为44.5%和74.02%,未检出沙门菌和志贺菌。结论许昌市医疗机构污水处理检测项目的合格率较低,相关部门应加强督查管理和检测力度。

[Objective]To learn the status of wastewater treatment and discharge in medical institutions of Xuchang city,provide the scientific basis for health supervision and management.[Methods]The field investigation and monitoring were applied to investigate the public hospitals and private hospitals in Xuchang city.[Results]662 wastewater samples of medical institutions were tested in five years,the total qualified rate of residual chlorine was 43.35%,and the qualified rate of chemical oxygen demand and fecal coliform was 44.5% and 74.02% respectively.Salmonella and Shigella was not detected.[Conclusion]The qualified rate of test items of wastewater treatment in medical institutions of Xuchang city is low,so relevant departments should strengthen supervision and management.
