鼻内镜手术治疗青少年鼻中隔偏曲的体会

Experience of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Treatment of Nasal Septum Deviation in Adolescents

目的观察鼻内镜下青少年鼻中隔成形术的疗效及并发症。方法应用鼻内镜对36例青少年鼻中隔偏曲患者施行鼻中隔成形术,随访至18岁,观察其疗效及并发症。结果 36例患者获满意通气效果,鼻外观无异常,术后并发鼻中隔血肿1例,鼻腔粘连3例。结论鼻内镜下行鼻中隔成形术损伤小,疗效好,无明显并发症,对有症状的青少年鼻中隔偏曲患者是可以采用的有效方法。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect and complications of endoscopic septal-plasty in adolescents.[Methods]36 adolescents with nasal septum deviation were treated with endoscopic septal-plasty,patients were followed-up until 18 years old,and curative effect and complications were observed.[Results]All of 36 patients obtained satisfying ventilation effect,and there were no abnormal nasal appearance.There were one case of hematoma of nasal septum and three cases of nasal adhesion.[Conclusion]The endoscopic septal-plasty has the advantages of slight injury,good efficacy and less complications,and it is an effective way to treat the nasal septum deviation in adolescents.
