心理护理对食管静脉曲张套扎术成功率的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Success Rate of Endoscopic Variceal Ligation for Esophageal Varices

目的探讨系统的心理护理对食管静脉曲张套扎术(EVL)成功率的影响。方法随机将EVL患者分成对照组和试验组,对试验组患者进行系统的临床心理护理,比较两组患者再出血的发生率、生存质量、住院时间的长短。结果试验组的再出血的发生率、生存质量、住院时间均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论食管静脉曲张套扎术对护理要求高,系统正确的心理护理可提高EVL的成功率,减少患者的再出血,改善其生存质量,降低医疗费用。

[Objective]To explore the effect of psychological nursing on success rate of endoscopic variceal ligation（EVL） of esophageal varices.[Methods]EVL patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,and the experimental group was given the systematic clinical psychological nursing.The incidence of recurrent bleeding,life quality and hospitalization time of two groups were compared.[Results]The incidence of recurrent bleeding,life quality and hospitalization time of experimental group were better than that of the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The EVL of esophageal varices has high requirements on nursing.The systematic and correct psychological nursing can improve the success rate of EVL,reduce recurrent bleeding,improve the patients＇ life quality and reduce the medical cost.
