银杏叶多糖的提取纯化与结构鉴定 被引量:4

Extract and purification,structure identification of gingko leaf polysaccharide

摘要 银杏叶提取物中含有多种生物活性成分,对银杏叶多糖的提取纯化及结构鉴定进行了研究。对多糖产品用高效液相和气相色谱及红外进行分析,得多糖纯度为94%以上,相对分子量为12749,含有鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖。其中鼠李糖:阿拉伯糖:甘露糖:葡萄糖:半乳糖=0.236:0.2104:0.1608:0.078:0.315。银杏叶多糖的特征吸收峰分别为3423cm-1(-OH),2931cm-1(C-H),1741cm-1(-COO-)酯键中(-C=O),1141~1020cm-1(-C-OH)和(-C-O-C-);834、918、763cm-1处吸收峰表明银杏叶多糖含有α-D葡萄吡喃糖苷键。 Ginkgo biloba extract contains various bioactive ingredients,the extraction and purification and structure identification of ginkgo biloba polysaccharide were studied in this paper.We analyzed the product with the highly performance liquid chromatography,the gas chromatography,and infrared,results in that the polysaccharide purity is above 94%,the molecular weight is 12749.it includes:the rhamnose,the arabinose,the mannitose,the glucose,the galactose.Rhamnose:arabinose:mannitose:glucose:galactose=0.236:0.2104:0.1608:0.078:0.315.Ginkgo biloba polysaccharide absorption characteristic peaks respectively is 3423 cm-1(-OH),2931 cm-1(C-H),1741 cm-1(-COO-),1141~1020 cm-1(-C-OH)和(-C-O-C-),absorption peaks of 834 cm-1,918 cm-1,763 cm-1 indicates ginkgo biloba leaves polysaccharide contains α-D-glucopyranoside bond.
