摘要
利用载体助溶剂协同超临界二氧化碳流体对迷迭香干叶进行了萃取研究,得到一种新型的液体迷迭香抗氧化剂。该抗氧化剂具有抗氧化活性高、物理稳定性好、能与植物油快速互溶的特点。
The extraction of rosemary leaf was studied by using supercritical CO2 fluid together with a co-dissolving soluble carrier and a new liquid rosemary antioxidant was obtained,which have high performance of anti-oxidation,rapid oil-solubility and good physical stability.
