闽浙沿海网箱养殖产业转型对策研究

为探索新时期海水网箱养殖发展方向,文章对福建、浙江两省海水网箱养殖业进行研究。从海水网箱养殖规模、产品差异和市场行为比较发现,海水网箱养殖业整体发展水平与发达国家尚有一定差距。这主要表现在:规模化和市场化程度低,利润空间小,投融资困难,风险保障机制不完善以及生态环境制约产业发展等方面。探析未来海水网箱养殖发展趋势,我们要以生态制约型、投资风险型、产业规模型和多元化发展为导向,推动海水网箱养殖业转型。政府或产业组织要扶持海水网箱养殖业发展、完善产业链、加强风险管理、发展现代养殖企业、壮大产业规模和走市场化道路。

In this essay, a research on the cage breeding industry in Fujian and Zhejiang is being carried out to explore the orientation of marine culture in the new age. According to the comparison in the scale, variety and market behavior of cage breeding, there are great gaps in the development level of cage breeding compared with developed countries, with lagging marketization and scalization, and low profit. These are mainly manifested in the difficulty in investment, imperfection in the system of risk guarantee and ecological environment are becoming factors restricting the industrial development and so on. It is supposed to be under a principle that is ecology-restricted, investment-safeguarding, scalizaton and diversification-oriented in the process of exploring the future direction of marine culture and propelling the transition of marine culture. At the same time, it is necessary for the government or industrial organization to support the cage breeding industry, perfect industry chain, strength risk management, develop modern aquaculture, expand the scale and take a road of marketization.
