我国沿岸渔业防灾减灾形势及减灾对策研究方向

Situation of disaster prevention and mitigation of Chinese coastal fishery and research direction of the disaster alleviation

论文以我国渔业灾害统计数据为依据,总结我国渔业灾害造成的损失情况以及造成各种损失的主要灾害,分析我国沿岸渔业灾害的类型和原因。研究结果表明,台风引起的狂风、巨浪、风暴潮灾害是影响我国沿岸渔业的主要突发性自然灾害。针对当前我国沿岸渔业防灾减灾面临的形势和任务,以及渔业防灾减灾技术研究领域的欠缺,论文提出为实现沿岸渔业减灾而应开展的相关研究方向与思路。

Based on the statistics of the fishery disasters, this paper summarizes the damage and the main disasters caused by fishery disasters in China, analyzes their types and causes. The research indicates that strong winds, huge storms and storm surges caused by typhoon are the major sudden natural disasters that affect our country＇s inshore fishery. In light of the absence in related research fields, current situation and task of costal fishery disaster prevention and mitigation in China, this paper further proposes the research direction and ideas of disaster alleviation that inshore fishery should follow.
