摘要
对莱钢型钢区域的烧结、高炉进行了系统的碱金属分布及平衡研究。结果表明,该区域烧结和炼铁的碱负荷不算太高,但从烧结脱出的碱大部分以氯化物形式存在,对除尘管道造成了严重腐蚀。因此,提出了加强原料降碱和高炉排碱的建议。
The alkali metal distribution and balance of sintering and blast furnace in Laisteel section steel region were studied systematically.The results show that the region's sintering and iron-making alkali loads are not too high,but most of the alkali escaped form sinter exists in the form of their chlorides,which corrodes the dust pipelines seriously.Therefore,the advice on strengthening reducing alkali in raw materials and improving the blast furnace's alkali-discharge rate is presented.
