烧结机机尾刮刀采用高强度耐磨合金堆焊的实践

摘要 为了延长烧结机机尾刮刀的使用寿命,采用先进的堆焊技术将高强度耐磨合金熔敷在刮刀的母体表面,特别是在烧结矿料直接冲刷部位,并合理设置耐磨层结构和受力方向,使机尾刮刀寿命提高到18~24个月,大大降低了备件消耗和检修维护成本。 In order to prolong the service life of scraper for sinter machine discharge end,advanced technology was adopted to melt and place the high strength wearable alloy on the matrix surface of scraper,especially on the place which was easily worn by the sinter.The wear layer structure and stress direction were arranged reasonably,the scraper life was increased to 18~24 months,and the consumption and maintenance cost of spare parts were reduced significantly.
