本文阐述了黄河三潼段航运发展的历史及腹地现有概况；介绍了三潼段实施航运开发所应采取的工程措施；从多方面论述了三潼段实施通航的重大意义；分析了三潼段通航存在的一些问题，并提出了解决问题的建议。
This paper expounds the shiping history of the San Tong section and present situation in this area,intro duces some engineering steps taken for implementing navigation in this section.It also proves the significance of implem enting shipping here from many ways.It analyses some existing problems and provides some ideas to solve them.
