摘要
针对铁路运输企业的特殊性及企业为技术创新主体的思想,提出了铁路运输企业技术创新的内容及建立技术创新机制的具体作法。
The contents of the technology innovation for the railway transportation enterprises and concrete measures of establishing the technology innovation mechanism are proposed based on the special circumstances of the railway transportation enterprises and ideas of taking the enterprises as the main parts of the technology innovation.
