能量调节电液变转速驱动多PID复合控制策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 能量调节电液变转速驱动是提高变转速驱动响应及低速性能的一个很好途径。针对其多输入多输出、强非线性、部分参数易变及不确定性等造成的系统控制复杂问题,从能量调节的思想出发,提出了能量调节电液变转速驱动的多PID复合控制策略,并深入研究了其参数的整定规则。经试验验证,提出的多PID复合控制策略及其参数整定方法效果良好,将能够促进能量调节电液变转速驱动技术的应用。 The energy regulation based variable-speed electrohydraulic drive is a good solution to improve the response and low-speed performance of variable-speed electrohydraulic drive.However,it is a multiple-input multiple-output control system,coupled with strong nonlinearity and some parameters of volatility and uncertainty,which make the control strategy complicated.A multiple-compound PID control strategy,as well as the parameter tuning rules,were proposed based on energy regulation principles.The proposed control strategy and the parameter tuning rules were verified by experiments.They can promote the applications of energy drive.
