摘要
建立了简便、快速测定五十种中药材中九种农药的多残留检测方法。以体积比95:4:1的乙腈-水-1%乙酸混合溶液作为提取剂,QuEChERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged,Safe)方法进行净化,采用气相色谱法进行检测。结果表明:九种农药在1.0~100ng/mL范围内线性良好,3个添加水平的平均回收率分别为76.0%~114.0%、86.1%~95.7%和82.8%~104.6%,检出限在0.4~1.5μg/kg范围内。该方法快速、简便,并且成本较低。
A simple and rapid method was developed for determining nine pesticide residues in fifty traditional Chinese medicine.Pesticides were extracted with mixed solvents of acetonitrile,water and 1% acidum aceticum(95:4:1,V/V/V).Extracts were cleaned-up by QuEChERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged and Safe) pesticide multiresidue method,and then detected by gas chromatography with electron capture detection.Good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 1.0~100 ng/mL.Average recoveries of 9 pesticides at three concentration levels were in the ranges of 76.0%~114.0%,86.1%~95.7% and 82.8%~104.6%,respectively.The limits of detection of 9 pesticides were in the ranges of 0.4~1.5 μg/kg.The method is easy and low-cost.
