摘要
选用3,3,3-三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷为前驱体,制备氧光化学传感膜材料。利用4,7-二苯基-1,10-邻菲咯啉钌(Ⅱ)([Ru(dpp)3(ClO4)2])为氧荧光猝灭指示剂,通过优化制备条件获得对氧浓度变化具有敏感响应的传感膜。研究结果表明:所制备的氧传感膜对水体中的溶解氧的线性响应范围为0.5~16.0mg/L,最低检测浓度为0.2mg/L,在饱和氧溶液中的响应时间为26s(t95)。敏感膜连续使用30d后的荧光响应值变化小于12%,在室温避光保存180d后,其荧光响应值变化小于5%。
A new oxygen sensing film composed of n-propyl-TriMOS/TFP-TriMOS doped with Ru(dpp)3(ClO4)2 was developed.The characteristics for oxygen sensing film,including spectral properties and response performance,were investigated.The oxygen sensing film exhibited a good linear relationship,fast response time,long stability and high sensitivity to dissolved oxygen.The smart optical oxygen sensor based on the Ru(dpp)3(ClO4)2 fluorescence quenching possesses the advantages of portability,low cost and could be applied to the dissolved oxygen in situ monitoring in seawater.
