摘要
从楔形掏槽破岩机理(假说)出发,提出了楔形掏槽爆破参数的计算方法,包括炮眼眼口、眼底间距和炮眼装药量的计算,讨论了需采用复合楔形掏槽的炮眼深度判据,并进行了算例分析。分析表明:楔形掏槽的爆破参数决定于岩石的强度和弹性特性,以及炸药的爆炸性质,不同的岩石条件或炸药品种将有不同的掏槽眼爆破参数。
Based on the assumptions of rock fragmentation of wedge-shaped cutting blasting,the method for the calculation of blasting parameters of wedge-shaped cutting is presented in this paper,including the outside spacing and bottom spacing of slipe holes,and the charge of slipe hole.The borehole depth criterion for the use of compound wedge-shaped cutting is discussed,and a calculation example is presented.The research shows that the blasting parameters of wedge-shaped cutting are dependant on strength and elastic properties of rock as well as the explosion properties of explosive used.The parameters of wedge-shaped cutting blasting should be adjusted when rock changes and different explosive is used.
