摘要
目的分析本省704名放射工作人员甲状腺激素水平,了解长期接触低剂量电离辐射对甲状腺功能的影响。方法放射组为704名在职放射工作人员,对照组为127名未接触放射线的健康成人。免疫化学发光法测定血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)的水平,并进行统计学分析。结果放射组T3水平高于对照组,TSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。T3及T4水平:铀矿组>工业组>医用组,分别与医用组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TSH水平:铀矿组<医用组(P<0.05),工业组与医用组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。放射组T3水平男女比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T4及TSH水平女性高于男性(P<0.05)。不同放射工龄T3、T4、TSH水平,经直线相关分析,无直线相关关系(r分别为0.085、0.027、0.018)。结论长期接触低剂量电离辐射会对放射工作人员的甲状腺功能产生一定的影响,应在工作中加强对甲状腺部位的防护。
Objective To analyze the thyroid hormone of 704 radiation exposed workers in Guangdong province,and to study the effect of thyroid function with long-term,low-dose occupational ionizing radiation exposure.Methods 704 radiation exposed workers were selected as the radiation group,and 127 healthy adults without radiation exposure as the control group.Assayed the contents of T3,T4 and TSH in serum by immunochemiluminescent assay,and progressed statistical analysis.Results T3 was higher,while TSH was lower compared with the control group(P0.05);T3,T4 in uranium mine group and industry group were higher compared with medical group(P0.05).Compared with medical group,the content of TSH in uranium mine group was lower(P0.05),industry group had no difference compared with medical group(P0.05).T4 and TSH of female were higher compared with male(P0.05).T3,T4 and TSH of different length of service showed no linear correlation(r=0.085,0.027,0.018).Conclusion It could have effects to thyroid function for long-term,low-dose ionizing radiation exposed workers,and should strengthen the protection of thyroid region.
